1. Who are we?
This tool is provided by Delta Blueprint (deltablueprint.nl). For questions about your data, contact us at info@deltablueprint.nl.
2. What data do we process?
We process the data you provide or that is needed to run the tool: your name, e-mail address, phone number and address, your login (via Google or e-mail/password), the account value you enter or that is retrieved via Lynx, and technical data such as login times.
3. For what purpose and on what basis?
We use this data to give you access to your personal calculator, to tailor the calculation to your situation, and to maintain our service. The basis is the performance of our agreement with you and, where applicable, your consent.
4. Lynx connection
If your account is connected to Lynx, we only retrieve your account value (NetLiquidation) via the Lynx Flex Web Service. We place no orders and change nothing in your Lynx account. The last retrieved value is stored to fill in your calculator.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to deliver the service (such as our hosting provider) or when legally required.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as you have an account and as long as needed for our administration and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. Send a request to info@deltablueprint.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Risks of writing options
Writing (selling) put options is a risky strategy. If the underlying index falls, your loss can rise sharply and exceed the premium received. The figures in the calculator (premium, margin, stop-loss, number of contracts) are estimates based on models and live market data, and may differ from the actual values in your Lynx account.
9. No financial advice
This tool only provides general, automated calculations and does not constitute financial, tax or investment advice and no personal recommendation. You make your investment decisions yourself and are responsible for them. Check all figures in your own Lynx account.
